Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MyTradePilot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MyTradePilot is a research, education, and paper-trading platform for U.S. equities. Nothing on the Service is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Scanner output, scores, backtests, AI-generated content, and course material are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You represent that account information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

The default trading environment is simulated ("paper") and involves no real money. If you connect a third-party broker, orders you approve may be routed to that broker and become real orders subject to that broker's terms. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or registered exchange.

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices, features, and plan tiers may change on 30 days' notice.

You will not: (a) scrape, resell, or redistribute Service data, (b) reverse-engineer the platform, (c) upload malicious content, (d) use the Service to violate any law or exchange rule, or (e) use another user's account.

The Service — including its source code, user interface, brand ("MyTradePilot"™, logo, and marks), scoring engine, multi-agent supervisor logic, pattern detectors, risk framework, curriculum, lesson audio, and all written and generated content — is the exclusive property of MyTradePilot and its licensors, protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. No portion may be copied, reverse-engineered, decompiled, scraped, redistributed, retransmitted, incorporated into another product, or used to train any machine-learning model without prior written consent. You retain rights to content you personally create on the Service (journal entries, custom watchlists, custom strategy parameters) and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Signals, scores, agent votes, back-test output, and any raw model output surfaced through the Service are provided to you as licensed research output for your personal use only. You will not publish, resell, syndicate, or expose them to any third party or automated system in a manner that reconstructs or substitutes for the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that data feeds will be accurate, timely, or uninterrupted. Past performance, whether real or simulated, does not guarantee future results. Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTradePilot's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (ii) US$100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading losses.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and cancel any subscription at any time.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
