MyTradePilot™ is a private research tool. It is not a broker, not an investment adviser, and not financial advice.

Use of this site is entirely at your own risk. If you do not accept the terms below, do not use this site.

1. No financial advice

Nothing on MyTradePilot™ — including scores, AI theses, scans, alerts, backtests, charts, or executed paper or live orders — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security, derivative, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument. The platform is provided strictly for research, education, and personal experimentation. You should consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.

2. Substantial risk of loss

Trading equities — and especially short-term, leveraged, or automated trading — carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose some, all, or more than your initial investment. Volatility, gaps, halts, liquidity events, broker outages, data errors, and slippage can materially harm trading outcomes. Past performance, simulated performance, hypothetical results, and any backtest output do not guarantee future results.

3. Paper trading vs. live trading

The platform defaults to paper (simulated) trading. Simulated fills approximate market behavior and will differ from real fills. Live brokerage trading is opt-in, requires explicit risk acknowledgement, and is gated behind a kill switch, daily-loss caps, and per-position caps. If you choose to enable live trading and connect a brokerage account, you alone are responsible for every order placed, every position held, and every dollar gained or lost in your account.

4. AI output is experimental

The scoring engine, AI thesis generator, sentiment classifier, and any natural-language explanation produced by the system are experimental and may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or hallucinated. Do not rely on AI output as a sole basis for any trading decision.

5. Data and third parties

Market data, fundamentals, news, sentiment, and broker connectivity are provided by third parties (including but not limited to Alpaca and Finnhub) and may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. MyTradePilot™ is not responsible for third-party outages, data corruption, mispricing, order rejections, or losses arising from third-party systems.

6. No fiduciary relationship

Use of this site does not create any advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, agency, or client relationship between you and the operators of MyTradePilot™. We do not know your financial situation, risk tolerance, tax position, or investment objectives, and the platform does not personalize output to them.

7. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, of sound mind, legally permitted to trade U.S. equities in your jurisdiction, and accessing the site for lawful research purposes only.

8. No warranty

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of MyTradePilot™, their affiliates, contributors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, trading losses, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of MyTradePilot™ from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your trading activity, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
